I’m a coach who helps people slow down, make sense of what’s going on internally, and find a way forward that actually works.
This work matters deeply to me. I’ve spent years alongside people navigating challenges with focus, follow-through, and overwhelm, and I care about creating support that feels genuinely helpful, not overwhelming.
My coaching is shaped by one-on-one experience and doctoral-level study focused on how attention and regulation show up in real life—not just in theory. I also trained through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), an accredited program centered on supporting people with attention and regulation challenges.
I approach this work with respect, curiosity, and the belief that there isn’t one “right” way to do things.
This isn’t about fixing you or forcing a system. It’s about understanding how you work—and building a way forward that actually fits.
